The religious education program for children and youth at Our Lady of the Mountains Parish seeks to open childrenŐs hearts and minds to the Holy Trinity and the Salvation accomplished in Jesus Christ, through basic study of the Catechism of the Catholic Church and other related faith formation courses that lead to a meaningful celebration of the Sacraments and an active living of oneŐs faith as a young Catholic Christian.
We have a dedicated team of catechists to help in the formation of your childŐs faith. The religious education program consists of comprehensive catechesis for children, beginning at three years of age and continuing through the Sacrament of Confirmation. Education in our faith continues throughout our entire lives; and we encourage all children to participate in our program, whether or not they have received the sacraments.
We always appreciate any help you may be able to give to our program. If you are interested in helping in any way please contact the DRE.For Youth Ministry (students in grades 7-12), please contact Reynaldo Romo, Jr., 266-3644
For Strengthening Our Faith (continuing adult education), please contact Betty Jans, 378-0554.
